| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫内膜癌（endometrial carcinoma，EC）组织中Metastin和MMP-2蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测47例EC组织中Metastin和MMP-2表达。结果在EC组织中Metastin表达阳性率为34．04％，它与EC的组织学分级、临床分期呈负相关；MMP-2在EC组织中阳性率为59．57％，它与EC的组织学分级、临床分期呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论Metastin和MMP-2蛋白的表达是判断EC的恶性程度、预测肿瘤侵袭转移的重要参考指标；

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of Metastin and MMP-2 in endometrial carcinoma.Methods The expressions of Metastin and MMP-2 were examined by immunohistochemical SP method in 47 cases with endometrial carcinoma and 15 cases with normal endometrium.Results The positive expression rate of Metastin was 34.04% in endometrial carcinoma and it was negatively related to the stage and grade of tumor.The positive expression rate of MMP-2 was 59.57% in endometrial carcinoma and it was positively related to the stage and grade of tumor(P<0.05).No significant correlation was found between the expressions of Metastin and MMP-2(P>0.05).Conclusions Clinical detection of the expression levels of Metastin and MMP-2 is able to be very important for assessing the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. |
