电刺激运动诱发电位对枕骨大孔区畸形患者的临床研究

摘    要:对X线摄片证实的34例枕骨大孔区畸形患者进行了电刺激运动诱发电位(MEP)测试,MEP异常率91.4%,改变以中枢运动传导时间(CMCT)延迟为主。诱发电位改变与相应的临床体征及影像学所见相一致。提示MEP可客观定量的反映本病患者运动功能的损害程度。术后复查MEP可作为评价手术效果的客观指标。

Abstract:Electrical stimulating motor evoked potentials (MEP) were examined in 34 cases with malformation of atlantooccipital region verified by roentgenogram. Abnormal rate of MEP was 94. 1%. central motion conduct time (CMCT) prolongation was major change, the change in MEP was concordant with change in clinical sign and image. The paper suggested that MEP could quantitatively reflect motor function damage in the case.
