| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肾脏病的临床与病理特点。方法:回顾性分析286例住院行肾活检的病人临床与病理资料。结果:原发性肾小球疾病占74.1%,病理类型以IgA肾病、非IgA系膜增生性肾炎多见;继发性肾小球疾病占21.0%,其中占前3位的是狼疮性肾炎、过敏性紫癜性肾炎和乙肝病毒相关性肾炎。结论:肾活检对肾脏病的诊断、治疗及判断预后有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the characteristics of clinical and pathological profiles with renaldisease.Methods: The clinical and pathological data of 286 biopsy-proven cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results: 74.1% showed to be primary glomerulonephritis,in which the major pathological types were Ig A nephritic syndrome.The disease most common were lupus nephritisallergic purpura nephritis and hepatitis B virus associated nephritis.Conclusions: Renal biopsy plays an important role on the diagnosis treatment and prognosis of kidney disease. |
