微创经皮肾输尿管镜取石术治疗肾结石96例

目的:探讨微创经皮肾输尿管镜取石术(mPCNL)治疗肾结石安全性及有效性。方法:采用微创经皮肾输尿管镜治疗肾结石96例。结果:所有病例均行一期手术,先行经皮肾穿刺造瘘术,同期行经皮肾输尿管镜取石术,结石总清除率88.54%,未发生严重并发症。结论:微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石是安全有效的,它与开放术相比,手术创伤小,手术安全,疗效确切,术后恢复快,并发症少,缩短住院时间,尽最大可能保留肾单位等优点。

Micro Creates After the Skin Kidney Ureter Mirror Takes Shi Zhu to Treat the Kidney Stone 96 Cases

Objective to discuss the safety and effectiveness for treatment of kidney stone with minimal invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （Report of 96 cases）.Methods adopt minimal invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of kidney stones.Results The surgery is performed in one operation.In advance do trauscutaneous intrakidney puncture fistulization and then do percutaneous nephrolithotomy.The 88.54% of the kidney stones can be cleaned out without serious complications. Conclusion Minimal invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of kidney stones is a safe and effective therapy when compared with an open surgical operation .The surgical incisicion with mPCNL is safe and effective.The results are as follows：quicker recovery after surgery, less complications, shorter hospitalization and retention of as much of the kidney as possible.
