| 摘 要： | 目的分析消化系统神经内分泌肿瘤（NEN）的特点以及预后影响因素。方法收集消化系统NEN患者72例,回顾分析其临床资料,总结其发病特点以及临床预后相关因素。结果消化系统NEN多见于老年人群,发病部位多见于直肠,其次为胃部、贲门及食管等。临床TNM分期是直接影响临床预后的主要因素。结论消化系统NEN具有特异性临床表现,临床分期直接决定着临床预后,根治性手术以及合理的化疗方案有利于改善临床预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze clinical features and prognostic factors of digestive neuroendocrine tumors（NEN）.Methods Clinical data of patient with digestive NEN were retrospectively analyzed,and clinical features and prognostic factors of patients were summarized.Results The digestive NEN were commonly found in elderly population and the most commonly suffered part was the rectum and followed by the stomach,cardia and esophagus.TNM staging was major factor directly affecting clinical outcomes.Conclusion The digestive neuroendocrine tumor shows specifically clinical manifestations,clinical stage directly determines the clinical outcome,radical surgery and reasonable chemotherapy make for improving clinical outcomes. |
