肠易激综合征患者自主神经功能紊乱的相关因素及干预对策

目的分析肠易激综合征患者自主神经功能紊乱的相关因素,并探讨干预对策。方法回顾性分析我院收治的120例肠易激综合征患者,应用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析肠易激综合征患者自主神经功能紊乱的相关因素。结果肠易激综合征患者自主神经功能紊乱发生率不断增高,焦虑、长期服药史、敏感性格、长期紧张状态、酗酒是肠易激综合征患者自主神经功能紊乱发生的独立危险因素,中西医结合治疗,配合科学的饮食指导和心理健康干预,对于肠易激综合征患者自主神经功能紊乱有一定疗效。结论肠易激综合征患者大部分存在自主神经功能紊乱,针对独立危险因素采取对应干预对策,对于疾病的治疗和预后有重要意义。

Related factors analysis and intervention measures of autonomic nerve dysfunction of patients with irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To investigate the related factors and intervention measures of autonomic nerve dysfunction of patients with irritable bowel syndrome.Methods The data of 120 patients with irritable bowel syndrome in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The related factors of autonomic nerve dysfunction of patients were evaluated by the single factor and multifactor conditional Logistic regression.Results The anxiety,long-term medication history,sensitive character,longterm tension and alcoholism were independent risk factors to induce the occurrence of autonomic nerve dysfunction of patients with irritable bowel syndrome.There were some intervention measures to treat these patients,such as chinese and western medicine treatment,scientific diet guidance and mental health intervention.Conclusion Most of atients with irritable bowel syndrome have autonomic nerve dysfunction.Independent risk factors maybe eliminated by adopting corresponding intervention countermeasures.
