胶质瘤术后组织中LGR5D和ERCC1的表达及对预后的判断价值

目的分析LGR5D和ERCC1在胶质瘤患者术后阳性表达情况,并评价LGR5D和ERCC1阳性表达与患者生存质量的关系。方法观察组选择82例胶质瘤术后患者,对照组选择82例急性颅脑损伤并行内减压术切除脑组织（脑组织正常）患者。使用免疫组织化学方法检测LGR5D和ERCC1阳性表达率,并统计不同肿瘤直径、Ki6、肿瘤分期患者的LGR5D和ERCC1表达阳性率,探讨LGR5D和ERCC1与术后生存质量的关系。结果观察组中LGR5D和ERCC1阳性率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组肿瘤直径〉2cm、Ki67〉25%、肿瘤分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者的LGR5D和ERCC1阳性率显著高于肿瘤直径≤2cm、Ki67≤25%、肿瘤分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ期患者（P〈0.05）。胶质瘤患者的LGR5D和ERCC1表达具有协同作用,并与患者生存质量有明显的负相关关系。结论 LGR5D和ERCC1在胶质瘤患者中的阳性率较高,而且存在协同效应。通过分析LGR5D和ERCC1的表达,可以有效判断患者病情,判断预后,提升治疗效果。

Effects of the expression level of LGR5D and ERCC1 in tumor tissues on the prognosis of patients with glioma

Objective To investigate the expression levels of LGR5 Dand ERCC1in tumor tissues on the prognosis of patients with glioma.Methods 164 cases of patients with glioma were divided into the observation group（n=82,glioma resection）and the control group（n=82,received the acute brain injury combined with decompression resection）.The expression levels of LGR5 Dand ERCC1in tumor tissues were tested by immunohistochemical detection,and the tumor diameter,Ki6 volume and tumor staging were also evaluated.The relationship between the LGR5 Dand ERCC1expression and the postoperative quality of life were estimated.Results The expression levels of LGR5 Dand ERCC1in the observation group were higher than these in the control group.In patients with tumor diameter〉2cm,Ki67〉25% and tumor staging in stageⅢ-Ⅳ,there was higher expression levels of LGR5 Dand ERCC1.There was the negative correlation between the expression levels of LGR5 D and ERCC1 and the life quality of patient.Conclusion The expression levels of LGR5 Dand ERCC1in tumor tissues can accurately estimate the prognosis of patients with glioma.
