| 摘 要： | 目的 提高输尿管上段结石的治疗水平。方法 回顾性分析48例行经皮肾微造瘘输尿管镜术患者的临床资料。结果 48例手术均获成功,无改开放手术的病例。手术未出现导丝折断、肾盂穿孔、邻近脏器损伤、持续的泌尿系感染、大出血等严重并发症。结论该手术安全、有效,适宜于难治性输尿管上段结石的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the treatment of upper ureteral calculi . Methods 48 cases of percutaneous mi-cronephrostomy ureterscopy were reviewed . Results All cases were successful done, no case was subjected to the open surgery. No Guidewire were broken. No renal pelvis perforation and injury to the nearby tissue were observed. No patients were complicated with persistant urinary system infection and massive hemorrhage. Conclusion This operation is safe and effective. It's suitable for the treatment of refractory upper ureteral calculi. |
