| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨膝关节畸形的人工关节置换术。方法:自1997年1月～2002年10月,采用人工膝关节对36例48膝关节畸形进行了置换,32例42膝进行了随访,随访时间1～5年,平均随访时间2.6年。采用HSS(Hospital for Special Surgery)评分标准对手术疗效进行评价。结果:总优良率95.23％。结论:人工膝关节置换治疗膝关节畸形疗效肯定,远期疗效需进一步随访。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the technique of total knee replacement for the patients with knee deformities. Methods: Forty-eight knees in 36 patients underwent total knee replacement using total knee prosthesis system. Thirty-two patients were followed-up for 1 - 5 years. The HSS knee rating score system were used to evalute the clinical results. Results: The rate of good to excellent were 95. 23%. Conclusion: Prelimininary clinical outcome of total knee replacement system is good, a long term follow-up is necessary for this knee replacement system. |
