自体颗粒骨/磷酸钙骨水泥复合修复骨缺损的实验研究

摘    要:目的:本研究将自体颗粒骨与磷酸钙骨水泥复合,移植于兔桡骨的骨缺损,研究其修复骨缺损的可行性,为其临床应用提供一定的理论依据。方法:取45只兔,年龄在1岁~1.5岁,随机分成三组,每组15只,造成两侧桡骨1.5cm节段性骨缺损模型。其中一组植入CPC/自体颗粒骨为B组,其他两组分别植入单纯CPC为A组和单纯自体颗粒骨为C组,作为对照组。术后4周、8周、12周处死,通过大体标本、X线片,组织学检查评估骨缺损的修复能力。结果:在术后各时期,CPC/自体颗粒骨组的新骨形成量均优于单纯CPC组,骨缺损修复的方式和速度与单纯自体颗粒骨组相似。组织学检查表明,CPC/自体颗粒骨组CPC的降解率快于单纯CPC组,这更符合骨缺损修复的需要。结论:CPC/自体颗粒骨复合物的新骨形成能力优于单纯CPC,并与单纯自体颗粒骨相近。

Abstract:Objective: To study the composite that was prepared through combining the autogenous morselized bone with CPC implanted into rabbits radial bone defect model and investigated the availability of bone defect repair to provide data for clinical application. Methods: 45 rabbits aged1~1.5years were randomly divided into three groups,15 rabbits in each group. A segmental bone defect(1.5cm in the length)was created at two radius in each rabbit. One group was grafted with CPC/ autogenous morselized bone(group B) . The others were grafted respectively with simple CPC(group A) and autogenous morselized bone (group C) as control. The bone repair was assessed by gross specimen observation and X-ray and histological examination 4, 8 and 12 weeks after operation. Results: The quantity of new bone formation in CPC/ autogenous morselized bone group was prior to that of CPC group. The pattern and speed of bone defect repair in CPC/ autogenous morselized bone group were similar to those in autogenous morselized bone group. Histological examination showed that the CPC/ autogenous morselized bone group degraded faster than simple CPC group, which was more suitable for bone repair. Conclusion: The new bone formation ability of the composite of CPC with autogenous merlized bone is obviously superior to simple CPC and similar to autogenous merselized bone.
