摘    要:①目的 探讨反复呼吸道感染(RRI)病儿头发微量元素含量的变化及意义。②方法 采用质子激光X射线荧光法,检测100例RRI病儿与50例健康儿童头发中微量元素锌(Zn),钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)含量。③结果 RRI病儿头发微量元素Zn,Fe,Ca含量明显低于对照组(t=2.977~6.326,P〈0.01);两组Cu,Pb含量比较无显著性差异(t=1.105,1.110,P〉0

CHANGES OF TRACE ELEMENTS OF THE HAIR IN CHILDREN WITH RECURRENT RESPIRATORY INFECTION
Abstract:Objective\ To investigate the changes of trace elements in the hair of children with recurrent respiratory infection(RRI).\ Methods\ Using proton X rays fluorescent assay, We tested the content of zinc(Zn), iron(Fe),calcium(Ca),copper(Cu) and lead(Pb) in the hair in 100 cases of children with RRI and 50 healthy children, respectively.\ Results\ In children with RRI, the content of trace elements Zn,Fe and Ca in the hair was significantly lower than that of the control group ( t= 2.977-6.326 ,P < 0.01 ). There was no significant deference in the content of Cu and Pb between the two groups( t= 1.105 , 1.110 ,P >0.05).\ Conclusion\ Deficiency of trace elements plays a very important role in the development of RRI.
