Pin1在急性白血病中的表达及与Cyclin D1的相关性研究

目的探讨肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶Pin1在急性白血病发生发展中的作用及其与Cyclin D1的相关研究。方法用S-P免疫细胞化学染色方法检测62例初治急性白血病（AL）,10例完全缓解期急性白血病（AL-CR）及15例正常对照组（骨髓像正常的非恶性血液病患者）骨髓单个核细胞中Pin1、CyclinD1的表达。结果初治AL组的Pin1表达阳性率为59.7%,AL-CR组的表达阳性率为0,正常对照组的表达阳率为0,初治组与AL-CR组、正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,Pin1与CyclinD1的表达呈正相关关系（r=-0.339,P〈0.05）,Pin1蛋白的高表达与患者的年龄、性别、外周血白细胞计数及髓外浸润无明显相关性（P〉0.05）。结论结论Pin1的表达与Cyclin D1的表达密切相关,Pin1和CyclinD1的异常表达可能参与了急性白血病的发生发展。

Expression and significance of pin1 in patients with acute leukemia and its relationship with Cyclin D1

Objective To explore the expression and significance of Pin1 in acute leukemia and its relationship with Cyclin D1.Methods The expression of Pin1 and Cyclin D1 in the bone marrow mononuclear cells were detected by S-P immunocytochemical staining.Results In acute leukemia,the expression of Pin1 was significantly higher than in AL-CR and in normal control.The expressions of Pin1 and Cyclin D1 were postively correleted.Conclusion The overexpression of Pin1 is closely related to the Cyclin D1 expression in AL.The aberrant expression of Pin1 and Cyclin D1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of Acute Leukemia.
