类风湿关节炎中细胞间粘附分子-1的临床意义

目的 通过对类风湿关节炎(reumatoid arthritis，RA)患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)变化规律的观察，探讨sICAM-1在RA中的临床意义。方法 采用ELISA法对77例RA，25例强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis，AS)患者血清中sICAM-1及9例RA关节液中sICAM-1水平进行检测。结果 所测静脉血清sICAM-1浓度，RA组显著高于健康人组，RA活动期组显著高于健康人组及稳定期组，RA稳定期组与健康人组差异无显著性，RA组与AS组差异无显著性；RA患者静脉血清sICAM-1浓度与治疗效果相关；RA患者静脉血清sICAM-1浓度与关节液sICAM-1浓度差异无显著性。结论 sICAM-1在RA发病中起重要作用，可用于监测RA活动及疗效。

Clinical significance of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To investigate the changes and significances of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (sICAM 1) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods 77 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (41 active cases and 36 stable ones),25 patients with anklosing spondylitis (AS) and 16 healthy subjects were involved in the study.The levels of serum sICAM 1 in these patients and subjects were detected,in addition, the sICAM 1 levels in synovial fluid of 9 RA patients were measured.Results The levels of serum sICAM 1 in RA patients were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects;which in active cases were higher than those in stable ones;there was no significant difference between RA patients and AS patients;the levels of serum sICAM 1 in RA patients was related with therapeutic effect;there was no significant difference between the levels of serum sICAM 1 and the sICAM 1 levels in synovial fluid of RA patients.Conclusion sICAM 1 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of RA,which can be used for the monitoring of the activity and therapeutic effect of RA.
