| 摘 要： | 目的观察多潘立酮加氟西汀治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效及安全性.方法将62例患者随机分为治疗组32例,对照组30例.治疗组采用多潘立酮加氟西汀治疗,对照组仅用多潘立酮治疗.结果治疗组病人消化不良的症状有明显改善,总有效率为93.7%,与对照组(70.0%)比较,差异显著(P＜0.05);未见严重不良反应.结论多潘立酮加氟西汀治疗FTD比单用多潘立酮效果好.

| Abstract: | Objectives To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Domoeridone plus Fluoxetine in treating functional dyspepsia. Methods Sixty two patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups,treated group 32 patients,controlled group 30 patients. Results The total effective rates were 93.7% in treated group and 70.0% in controlled group,significant difference was found between the 2 groups(P<0.05).No serious adverse effect was found. Conclusions Domperidone with Fluoxetine was more effective than Domperidone alone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. |
