肝癌介入治疗后期综合措施的探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨肝癌介入治疗后期综合疗法的临床效果。材料与方法 对33例肝癌介入治疗后期综合症状采取一系列综合措施:出血应用凝血酶原复合物;肝性脑病应用支链氨基酸等方法治疗。结果 21例PCS术后留置管全部保持通畅。33例平均生存期20.1个月,2年生存率为36%。结论 对肝癌介入治疗后期采取一系列综合措施,可延长患者生存期,提高生存质量,使肝癌介入治疗效果上一个新台阶。

Abstract:Objective To discuss interventional and comprehensive therapeutic measures for patients with advanced liver cancer. Materials and Methods Comprehensive therapeutic measures were adopted for 33 advanced liver cancer patients who presented symptoms of late stage. Percutaneous port catheter system (PCS) implantation via femoral artery was used in 21 cases. Patients with hemorrhage were treated with human prothrombin complex concentrate, and patients with hepatic encephalopathy were treated with branched chain amino acid.Results The indwelling catheters of PCS in all 21 patients remained patent, and no catheter tip dislocation was observed. The mean survival time of 33 patients was 20.1 months, with a two year survival rate of 36% (n=12).Conclusion The survival time and living quality of the patients with advanced liver cancer can be significantly improved when a series of rational therapeutic measures are adopted promptly.
