老年右肺中叶病变纤维支气管镜检价值的探讨

为探讨老年人右肺中叶病变的病因及纤支镜检的价值，我们对36例老年人右肺中叶病变患者进行了纤支镜检查。结果肺癌占58．3％（21／36）、肺炎占33．3％（12／36）、肺结核占8．3％（3／36）。总确诊率为86．1％，肺癌为85．7％，肺炎为91．7％。提示老年人中叶病变的原因以肺部恶性肿瘤为常见。表明纤支镜检对右肺中叶病变的诊断可靠、快速，结果较为满意。

Evaluation of Bronchofibroscopy in the Diagnosis of Right Lung Middle Lobe Diseases in Elderly Patients

In order to study the etiolgy and value of bronchofibroscopy of right middle lobe diseasesin elderly patients, 36 patients were examined and analysed. Among them, 21 (58. 3 % ) werediagnosed to have lung cancer, 12 (33. 3 % )pneumonitis, 3 (8. 3% ) pulmonary tuberculosis.The total rate of positive findings was 86. 1 % (31/36), being lung cancer 85. 7%,pneumonitis91. 7% and tuberculosis 66. 6% respectively. The results showed that lung cancer was a common cause of middle lobe disease in elderly patients and that bronchofibroscopy is reliable,quick and with satisfactory results in the diagnosis of middle lobe diseases in elderly patients.
