茶色素对急性脑缺血小鼠抗脂质过氧化作用的实验研究

摘    要:结扎昆明小鼠双侧带迷走神经的颈总动脉,制成急性脑缺血模型,测定其大脑组织中的丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量及超氧化歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果发现,在实验前灌服茶色素(1.25~2.50g/kg,共8d),可使脑组织中MDA生成明显降低,SOD活力和CAT含量显著提高。

Abstract:Models of mice brain ischemia were induced by clipping bilateral carotis communis arteriae containing vagus nerves. The SOD activities and MDA,CAT contents in the brain weredetermined. Before experiment, the experimental groups were given tea pigment (0. 625,1. 250, 2. 500 g/kg,8 days)by gastrogavage; the control group were given equal dose of normal saline by the same method. The results showed that gastrogavage of tea pigment (1. 25or 2. 50 g/kg, 8 days ) in advance could significantly decrease brain MDA cnntent andmarkedly increase brain SOD activities and CAT content.
