| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肿瘤标志物CYFRA21—1、CEA和NSE单项和联合检测对肺癌诊断价值。方法采用放射免疫法检测65例肺癌患者和50例肺部良性疾病患者血清三项标志物水平，并以38名健康志愿者为正常对照组。结果肺癌患者CYFRA21—1、CEA和NSE血清水平高于肺良性疾病患者和正常对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），肺部良性疾病患者和健康人比较差异无统计学意义。三项标志物在肺癌不同病理类型中，鳞癌CYFRA21—1水平均高于腺癌和小细胞癌，小细胞癌NSE水平高于鳞癌和腺癌（P〈0．01）。三项标志物联合检测的灵敏度为91．6％，明显高于单项检测灵敏度。结论CYFRA21—1、CEA和NSE联合检测可明显提高肺癌的阳性检出率，联合检测对鉴别肺癌与肺部良性疾病、肺癌不同病理类型患者有一定的诊断价值。
