摘    要:MicroRNA (miRNA)是一种非编码的小分子RNA,在基因表达调控过程起重要作用,其在疾病发生发展中的作用已成为研究热点之一.部分miRNA能够调节成骨细胞、破骨细胞和软骨细胞的分其代谢,进而影响骨代谢,导致骨代谢相关疾病的发生.提示miRNA与骨代谢相关疾病之间存在关联,改变相关miRNA表达水平可能对骨代谢疾病有治疗作用.本文对miRNA的生物活性及其在骨质疏松症和骨关节炎中的作用和调节机制予以综述.

Abstract:MicroRNA (miRNA) are a class of non-coding RNA that play an important role in gene expression and controlling. Recently, the role of miRNA in the development process of the disease has aroused general interest. Some of these miRNA bind to special target mRNA, regulating cell proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast, osteo= clast and chondroeyte, and then exert an influence on bone metabolism, and lead to the occurrence of metabolic bone dis- ease. Suggesting that there are certain relations between miRNA and metabolic bone disease. Additionally the alte~ration of the expression levels of some miRNA may be curative for metabolic bone disease. This review summarizes the biological activity of the miRNA and its specific role in metabolic bone diseases ( osteoporosis and osteoarthritis) that miRNA play an important role in the pathogenesis of metabolic bone disease, and may have diagnostic and therapeutic potential. Further- more, and might provide a new way of treating metabolic bone disease.
