| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白蛋白佐治脑出血的临床效果及其价值。方法 将 48例脑基底节区出血的病人随机分成两组治疗 ,观察神经系统功能、头部CT及红细胞比积、血白蛋白、血糖、血浆渗透压的变化。结果 白蛋白治疗组的血糖、红细胞比积、血浆渗透压值与对照组无明显差异 ,而血肿吸收量、白蛋白值、临床疗效提高比率高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 白蛋白佐治脑出血可促进血肿吸收 ,明显降低神经功能缺失评分 ,提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe effect of albumin on cerebral hemorrhage Methods 48 cases with cerebral hemorrhage divided into two groups randomly. The change of neurological function, CT of caput, haematocrit (HCT), blood albumin, blood sugar and blasma osmotic pressure were detected. Results There was not significant difference in blood sugar, HCT, blood osmotic pressure between two groups. Absorption of hematoma, blood albumin and clinical curative effect in experimental group was better than in control group (P<0.01). Conclusions Albumin can improve absorption of hematoma, neurological function and clinical curative in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. |
