阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者血凝参数变化及其临床意义

目的 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）患者血凝参数变化在临床中的意义。方法 选择OSAHS患者64例及健康对照组54例，采用血凝仪检测患者及正常对照组静脉血凝血酶原时间（PT）、部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）、凝血酶时间（TT）、血浆抗凝血酶III（A T III）。结果 OSAHS患者与正常人相比，PT、APTT、TT缩短，血浆FIB增加，血浆A-TIII活性降低（P＜0.05）。结论 OSAHS患者存在凝血、抗凝、纤溶状态变化，可能是OSAHS患者易合并心脑血管栓塞性疾病的重要原因。

Hemagglutinin parameter transmutations and their clinical significances in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

Objective To detect the clinical significances of hemagglutinin parameter transmutations in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods A hemagglutinin instrument was used to detect the prothrombin time(PT),partial thromboplastin time(APTT), plasma fibrinogen(FIB), thrombin time(TT) and blood plasma antithromebaseIII(A-T III) in venous blood of 64 patients with OSAHS and 54 normal controls. Results The PT, APTT and TT shortened, blood plasma FIB increased, and A-T III activity degraded more (P＜0.05) in the OSAHS patients than in the normal controls. Conclusion There are diversities of blood clotting, anticoagulation and fibrinolytic status in OSAHS patients, which are related the occurrence of heart cerebral vessel embolism diseases.
