两种尿液红细胞检查方法在肾病鉴别诊断中的意义

摘    要:目的 :探讨尿液红细胞免疫荧光染色及全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测在肾病诊断中的临床应用价值 .方法 :对 2 32例患者血尿标本作免疫荧光染色和UF 1 0 0全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测 ,并将结果进行比较 .结果 :免疫荧光染色检测法的敏感性和特异性分别为 96 .2 %和 96 .7% ,而UF 1 0 0全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测法的敏感性和特异性分别为 92 .4 %和85 .6 % .经配对卡方检验 ,两种方法的敏感性无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ,而特异性则具有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) .结论 :免疫荧光染色方法较尿沉渣分析仪方法敏感性及准确率更高 ,是临床鉴别诊断肾小球性病变与非肾小球性病变的一种有价值的实验手段 .

Abstract:AIM: To evaluate the clinical application of immunofluorescence staining and UF 100 urine sediment analyzer in detection of urinary red blood cell morphology for the diagnosis of renal diseases. METHODS: Urine samples collected from 232 patients with hematuria were detected by immunofluorescence staining and UF 100 urine sediment analyzer. RESULTS: The sensitivity was 96.2% and 92.4%, respectively, with the immunofluorescence staining and UF 100 urine sediment analyzer, and there was no significant difference between the two methods ( P >0.05). The specificity was 96.7% and 85.6%, respectively, with the immunofluorescence staining and UF 100 urine sediment analyzer, and there was a obvious difference between two the methods ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Immunofluorescence staining is of higher sensitivity and specificity than UF 100 urine sediment analyzer in differentiating glomerular disease from non glomerular disease.
