| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径在急性冠脉综合征患者中的应用价值。方法 100例急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组采用心内科常规护理,干预组在此基础上采用临床护理路径进行护理,治疗1周后观察两组患者临床症状消失程度等临床指标比较总有效率差异,并通过调查问卷评分统计在技术质量安全、服务及时、健康教育、人文关怀、服务态度、出入院教育等方面对护理的满意程度。结果干预组患者总有效率为82.0%,明显高于对照组的总有效率64.0%,差异均有显著地统计学意义(P0.01),患者满意度调查评分统计显示干预组在满意程度明显高于对照组,差异均有显著的统计学意义(P0.01)。结论临床护理路径在急性冠脉综合征中是一种有效的护理模式,可以有效的提高患者满意度和临床疗效,值得临床广泛推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Application value of clinical nursing pathway to patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. Methods The patients with ACS （n=100） were randomly divided into two group （each n=50）. Control group was given routine cardiologic nursing and intervention group was given routine nursing and clinical nursing pathway. After one week, the changes of clinical indexes were observed, and total effective rate was compared. The satisfaction to the nursing was investigated in the aspects of technologic quality, safety, timely service, health education, humanistic care, service attitude and admission education through questionnaire. Results The total effective rate was 82.0%in intervention group and 64.0%in control group （P〈0.01）. The satisfaction was higher in intervention group than that in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway is an effective nursing mode for ACS, which can effectively improve patients’ satisfaction and curative effect. |
