不同消毒方法对牙科高速涡轮手机消毒效果观察

摘    要:分别采用不同消毒方法对牙科高速涡轮牙钻手机的消毒效果进行了实验观察。结果,用不同消毒剂棉球对牙钻手机表面进行擦试消毒并作用 5min,对手机表面污染的细菌平均杀灭率为 61. 5% ~100%;对手机内部细菌无杀灭作用。用 121℃压力蒸汽灭菌处理 20min,对牙钻手机内外均达到灭菌要求。用紫外线手机消毒器照射消毒 5min,对表面细菌平均杀灭率为 89. 85% ~94. 30%,对手机内部细菌杀灭率为 61% ~67%;用臭氧电子器械消毒柜熏蒸消毒 30min,其杀菌效果与紫外线照射消毒效果接近。以 20g/L戊二醛溶液浸泡消毒 20min,对手机表面细菌芽孢平均杀灭率为 97. 57%,对手机内部细菌芽孢杀灭率为 77. 02%。结果显示,所用 4种消毒方法只有压力蒸汽灭菌效果达到要求,其他 3种方法均达不到消毒合格要求。

Abstract:The efficacy of different disinfection methods in disinfection of the handpiece of dental high-speed turbine drill was observed experimentally. Results: Wiping the surface of the handpiece of the dental drill with different disinfectant cotton balls for 5 min killed 61.5~100% in average of the bacteria contaminating the surface of the handpiece and had no germicidal effect on the bacteria inside the handpiece of the turbine drill. Autoclaving at 121℃ for 20 min fulfilled the requirement of sterilizing the exterior and interior of the handpiece of the dental drill. Irradiation with ultraviolet handpiece dosinfector for 5 min killed 89.85%~94.30% in average of the surface bacteria and 61%~67% of the bacteria inside the handpiece. The germicidal efficacy of fumigation in ozone electron instrument disinfector for 30 min was similar to that of ultraviolet irradiation. Immersion in 20 g/L glutaraldehyde solution for 20 min killed 97.5% in average of the bacterial spores on handpiece surface and 77.02% of bacterial spores inside the handpiece. The results indicated that of the 4 disinfection methods used, only autoclaving fulfilled the requirement of sterilization, while all the other 3 methods did not fulfill the requirement of eligible disinfection.
