有机硒和无机硒对小鼠抗氧作用比较研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨并比较有机硒和无机硒对小鼠全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)活性、肝超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性以及脑、心肌组织中脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量的影响。方法 :先制备硒蛋白 ,然后把小鼠分成四组 ,第一组给硒蛋白 ,第二组给硒多糖 ,第三组给亚硒酸钠 ,第四组给蒸馏水。饲喂 3wk分别测定各小组小鼠GSH -Px活性、肝SOD活性和脑、心肌LPO含量。结果 :有机硒既能显著增强GSH -Px活性 ,又能提高SOD活性 ,并且硒蛋白与硒多糖相比生物效应更为显著 (P <0 .0 1)。而亚硒酸钠只能提高GSH -Px活性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对肝SOD活性影响极不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。三种硒对 3月龄鼠脑、心肌LPO含量均无影响 ,但能降低 12月龄鼠脑、心肌LPO含量 ,有机硒的效应远远超过无机硒 ,并且还是硒蛋白的生物效应最显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,12月龄鼠脑、心肌LPO含量几乎接近 3月龄鼠。可见硒蛋白抗衰老、抗氧化和抗疾病等能力最强。结论 :硒蛋白中的硒比硒多糖和亚硒酸钠中的硒更易构成GSH -Px的活性中心。

Abstract:Objective: To study and compare the effect of organic selenium and inorganic selenium for GSH-Px in blood the activity of SOD and LPO of content in brain and cardiac. Method: First group feed selenium protein, Second group feed selenium teoglycan, Third group feed Na2SeO3, group feed distillation-water. After three week, to test GSH-Px in blood and SOD in liver, and LPO content in brain and cardiac muscles. Result: The results indicated that organic selenium could promote both the activity of GSH-Px in blood and the activity of SOD in liver, and selenium protein had a greater biochemical effect, While sodium selenite could promote the activity of GSH-Px but not the activity of SOD. The three selenium had no effect on LPO content in brain and cardiac muscles in three-month mice, but they could decrease LPO content in brain and cardiac muscles in twelve-month mice. The effect of organic selenium was by far superior to that of inorganic selenium, and the most significant biochemical effect in selenium protein (P<0.01), led to the fact that the LPO content of twelve-month mice was close to that of three-month mice. Selenium protein shows a highest ani-aging ant oxidation and ant disease effect in the three. Conclusion:Selenium in selenium proteiniseasy to form active center of GSH-Px than that in selenium eoglycan and Na 2SeO 3.
