| 摘 要： | 目的总结肺隔离症的诊断和外科治疗经验。方法回顾性分析1986年1月-2006年1月经手术证实为肺隔离症的16例临床资料并复习有关文献。结果术前诊断或拟诊为肺隔离症者6例（占37．5％），其余10例术前被误诊、均经手术和病理检查明确诊断。无手术死亡和并发症发生。结论肺隔离症诊断方法主要为X线、CT、MRI，手术是本病最佳治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the diagnosis and surgical treatment of pulmonary sequestration.Methods 16 patients with pulmonary sequestration were received surgical treatment from January 1986 to January 2006.These cases were analyzed and literatures about pulmonary sequestration were reviewed.Results 6 cases(37.5%) were confirmed before operation by X-ray,CT and MRI.The others were misdiagnosed before operation and diagnosed by surgical procedure and pathology.Conclusion The X-ray,CT and MRI findings are sufficiently suggestive of diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration.Resection of the lung leads to excellent results. |
