湖北省2004年性病疫情分析

目的了解湖北省性传播疾病的流行特点，指导全省性病防治。方法用性病疫情管理软件和Excel对2004年湖北省77个地(市)、县上报的性病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果2004年湖北省累计报告性病病例22921例，较2003年下降了3．97％，发病率为38．867／10万。其中男性病例占报告病例总数的60．33％，女性病例占报告病例总数的39．67％，男女病例数之比为1．52：1.20～岁组占33．91％，30～岁组占37．33％，40～岁组占17．04％。0～岁和1～岁两个年龄组占0．87％。结论2004年湖北省性病疫情与2003年相比虽有所下降，但艾滋病已进入快速增长期，预防和控制性病的任务仍十分艰巨。患者主要集中在20～岁组和30～岁组两个年龄组。儿童患者的数量有明显的升高。性病的防治重点应放在青壮年和婴幼儿人群。

Epidemic Situation of Venereal Diseases in Hubei Province (2004)

Objective To find out the epidemic situation in 2004, and to instruct the prevention andtreatment of venereal diseases in Hubei Province.~Methods STD case-reporting data collected from 77 prefectures, cities and counties of Hubei Province in 2004 were analyzed with STD Data Management Software and Excel Software.~Results The sum of the venereal diseases was 22,921 . The number of patient was reduced by 3.971% as compared with that in 2003.The number has declined for 5 successive years since 1999.In 2004 the morbidity rate was 38.867/100,000. 13 829 male (60.33%), 9 092 female (39.67%). The ratio between male and female was 1.52 to 1.Conclusion Although the number in 2004 reduced as compared with that in 2003, aquired immunodeficiency syndrome has entered the period of fast-increasing. The patients and the infected were mainly in the age groups of 20~29 and 30~39. The number of the infected children increased obviously. The priority of prevention and treatment should be put on the groups of the youngsters and infants.
