134例更年期妇女血清促卵泡激素、促黄体激素、雌二醇变化的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨更年期妇女内分泌功能改变发生时间、程度与下丘脑—垂体—卵巢轴功能的相关性。方法:134例更年期妇女按年龄分成3组,第一组69例,年龄40~44岁;第二组27例,年龄45~50岁;第三组38例,年龄51~60岁。每住妇女均测定血清促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)的水平。结果:FSH、LH、E2均下降者23例;FSH、LH增高者77例;E2下降者28例。发生内分泌改变的比例在第一组、第三组之间有显著性差异。结论:更年期功能障碍的发生与严重程度也许是受下丘脑、垂体功能亢进的神经内分泌影响多于、早于卵巢分泌雌激素下降造成的影响,且内分泌改变的发生率与年龄有显著关系。

Abstract:? Objective To explore the correlation between the time, degree of endocrine dysfunction and hypothalamic pituitary ovarian axis's function in climacteric females. Methods One hundred thirty four climacteric females were divided into 3 groups: 69 cases in group I (aged from 40 to 44 years), 27 cases in group II (aged from 45 to 50 years), and 38 cases in group III (aged from 51 to 60 years). Serum concentrations of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinzing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) were measured. Results FSH, LH, and E2 levels decreased simutaneously in 23 cases. FSH, LH levels increased in 77 cases. Only E2 level decreased in 28 cases. There was a significant difference between group I and group III in the rate of endocrine dysfunction. Conclusion The endocrine dysfunction in climacteric females is influenced more probably by hypothalamic pituitary ovarian axis's function than by hyposecretion of ovarian estrogens. The rate of endoctine dysfunction is related to the age.
