| 摘 要： | 目的研究了土牛膝水煮液对正常及四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠血糖的影响。方法采用正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠,用邻甲苯胺法测定血糖值。结果土牛膝水煮液对正常小鼠空腹血糖无明显降低作用,能降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠的空腹血糖水平。结论土牛膝水煮液对糖尿病小鼠有较好的降糖作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of the decoction of local achyranthes aspera on normal and alloxan diabetic mice.Methods Normal and alloxan diabetic mice are used.Determining their blood glucose by means of o-Toluidine method（O-T）.Results the decoction of local achyranthes aspera has no obvious effecs on normal limosis mice,but has obvious effects on lowering the blood glucose in alloxan induced diabetic limosis model mice.Conclusion The decoction of local achyranthes aspera has quite obvious fuctions of lowing blood glucose in the diabetic mice treatment. |
