灵芝多糖保护肝脏的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察灵芝多糖(GLP)保护肝脏的药理作用。方法以联苯双酯为阳性对照,观察灵芝多糖(200mg/kg)灌胃给药对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤的组织学变化、转氨酶升高及脂质过氧化的影响。结果灵芝多糖组小鼠肝细胞变性、坏死明显轻于生理盐水组;灵芝多糖组 SGPT 水平、血浆、肝匀浆过氧化脂质(LPO)及血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量亦显著低于生理盐水组,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论灵芝多糖对小鼠急性实验性肝损伤有明显的保肝降酶作用,其机理可能与其抗自由基损伤、抑制脂质过氧化反应等有关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the pharmacologic effect of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide (GLP) in protecting liver. Methods Effect of GLP (200 mg/kg by gastrogavage) on changes of histological figure,transaminase and lipid peroxida- tion (LPO) were observed in mice with acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride,taking bifendate pills as positive control.Results The degree of hepatocyte degeneration and necrosis,SGPT level,LPO and MDA levels in plasm and liv- er homogenate in mice treated with GLP were all better than those in mice treated with normal saline,showing significant difference (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion GLP shows obvious protection on acute experimental liver injury and transaminase depression in mice,the mechanism is possibly related with its effects in antagonizing to free radical injury and inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
