超声引导介入治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效观察

目的观察输卵管妊娠超声介导下注入甲氨喋呤(MTX)对输卵管妊娠的治疗效果。方法选择确诊并适合行保守治疗的输卵管妊娠患者60例,随机分为A,B两组,各30例。A组行超声下介入治疗,B组行肌内注射MTX杀胚治疗。观察血β-HCG在治疗前后的变化及临床表现。结果A组28例治疗成功,成功率为93.3%,2例行手术治疗。B组20例治疗成功,成功率为66.7%,10例行手术治疗。结论超声介入治疗输卵管妊娠是一个安全、简便、有效的治疗方法。

Observation of effect on interventional treatment for ectopic pregnancy guided by ultrasound

Objective To observe the effect on interventional treatment for ectopic pregnancy guided by ultrasound. Methods Select 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy which fit for conservative treatment. They were divided into 2 groups randomly. Group A were given interventional treatment with ultrasound, group B were given MTX intramuscularly. Results 28 cases of group A were succeeded, and the successful rate was 93.3%, the rest 2 cases accepted operation. In group B, 20 cases were succeeded and the successful rate was 66.7%, the other 10 cases accepted operation. Conclusion Interventional treatment for ectopic pregnancy guided by ultrasound is a simple and effective method.
