白芍总苷联合阿维A治疗掌跖部慢性角化性湿疹疗效观察

目的 探讨白芍总苷联合阿维A治疗掌跖部慢性角化性湿疹的疗效.方法 89例掌跖部慢性角化性湿疹患者按就诊顺序随机分为2组.治疗组口服白芍总苷0.6g,3次/d,同时口服阿维A初始剂量为20 mg,午餐时顿服,1周后皮损消退不明显的患者加量至30 mg,皮损消退明显者维持原剂量,约1个月皮损消退后改为10 mg维持；对照组口服阿维A剂量同治疗组.2组均外擦曲安缩松尿素软膏,2次/d,疗程均为12周.比较2组患者的临床疗效及不良反应.结果 治疗12周后,对照组痊愈20例(45.5％),显效14例(31.8％),治疗组痊愈25例(61.0％),显效13例(31.7％),2组有效率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组2例复发,对照组9例复发,2组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 白芍总苷联合阿维A治疗掌跖部慢性角化性湿疹疗效较好,复发率低.

A clinical study of total glycosides of paeony combined with acitretin in patients with chronic keratinizing eczema chronic keratinizing eczema in the palm or sole

Objective To observe the efficacy of Totalglycosidesofpaeony combined with Acitretin in patients with chronic keratinizing eczema in the palm or sole.Method Totally 89 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group was treated with oral Totalglycosidesofpaeony and acitretin,while control group was treated with oral acitretin.Both groups were treated with Triamcinolone acetonide et urea ointment.Results On week 12,the efficacy rate in treatment group was 92.68％,higher than that of 77.27％ in control group.There were significant differences between the two groups ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Totalglycosidesofpaeony combined with Acitretin is effective for chronic keratinizing eczema in the palm or sole and shows a low recurrence rate.
