易激灵2号方对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者近期生活质量的影响

目的 观察抑肝扶脾、清热利湿法对广东地区腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)患者近期生活质量的影响.方法 161例IBS-D患者随机分为2组.中药组采用以抑肝扶脾清热利湿立法的方药易激灵2号随证加减;西药组采用马来酸曲美布丁片0.1 g/次,枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊0.5 g/次,每日3次口服.2组疗程均为4周.采用SF-36量表对患者治疗前后的生活质量进行评估.结果 治疗后,中药组的生理职能(RP)、总体健康(GH)、情感职能(RE)、躯体疼痛(BP)、生命活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、精神健康(MH)7个维度积分均显著改善(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),西药组RP、BP、GH、RE 4个维度明显改善(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),RE、BP、GH、SF 4个维度中药组优于西药组(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).治疗后3个月,中药组RP、GH、RE、BP、SF、MH 6个维度明显改善(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),西药组RP、BP、GH、RE 4个维度明显改善(P＜0.05),RP、GH、SF、RE中药组优于西药组(P＜0.05).结论 抑肝扶脾、清热利湿法治疗广东地区IBS-D有较好疗效,能够改善患者近期的生活质量.

Effect of Yijiling-2 on Short-term Quality of Life in Patients with Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective To observe the TCM therapy for invigorating spleen,soothing liver,clearing away heat and eliminating dampness on the short-term quality of life（stQOL） in patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome（IBS-D） in Guangdong.Methods One hundred and sixty-one patients with IBS-D were assigned to 2 groups：Chinese medicine group was treated with Yijiling-2;Western medicine group was treated with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets 0.1 g and Lived Combined B.Subtilis and E.Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules 0.5 g,3 times daily by oral administration.The therapeutic course was 4 weeks.The quality of life was evaluated by SF-36 scale before and after treatment.Results The scores of the 7 dimensions of SF-36 scale,i.e.role physical（RP）,body pain（BP）,global health（GH）,vitality（VT）,society function（SF）,emotional effect（RE） and mental health（MH） were improved significantly in Chinese medicine group after treatment（P0.01,P0.05）,with scores of RE,BP,GH and SF superior to those in western medicine group（P0.01,P0.05）.The scores of the 6 dimensions（RP,GH,RE,BP,SF,MH） were improved significantly in Chinese medicine group after treatment in three monthes（P0.01,P0.05）,with scores of RP,GH,SF and RE superior to those in western medicine group（P0.05）.Conclusion TCM therapy for invigorating spleen,soothing liver,clearing away heat and eliminating dampness has favorable effect in treating IBS-D in Guangdong,and could improve the stQOL of patients.
