无创正压机械通气治疗特发性肺间质纤维化急性加重期的临床分析

目的探讨无创正压机械通气（NIPPV）在特发性肺间质纤维化（IPF）急性加重患者中的应用价值。方法对IPF患者给以NIPPV,其中最常用方法是鼻面罩双水平正压通气（BiPAP,PSV＋PEEP）。结果患者治疗前后血气的变化,PaO2水平比治疗前明显增高,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,PaCO2治疗前后变化不明显（P〉0.05）。结论 IPF使用NIPPV配合传统治疗可能有望缓解病情,使动脉血气PaO2及SaO2明显改善,可改善和提高了患者的生活质量。

Clinical analysis on the treatment of acute exacerbation idiopatic pulmonary fibrosis with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation

Objective To evaluate the value of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV) in patients with acute exacerbation idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Methods IPF patients had been gaven NIPPV,and frequently using bilevel positive airway pressure (BiPAP,PSV+PEEP). Results There were significant difference on the blood gas analysis before and after treatment,the level of PaO2 was obviously high after treatment,there were significant difference(P<0.05),there were no change on the PaCO2. Conclusion NIPPV and traditional treatment can relieve patient’condition,blood gas’PaO2 and SaO2 can be highly improved,the quality of life of patient can be obviously improved.
