| 摘 要： | 公立医院公益性是公立医院的根本属性。公立医院如何既体现公益性,又能保证自身的健康持续发展,是医院管理者思考和关注的问题。重庆医科大学附属第一医院坚持公立医院公益性,在实践公益性方面进行了有益的尝试和探索,实现了公益性和医院发展的平衡。

| Abstract: | Public welfare is basic property of public hospital.How to reflect public hospital’s public welfare and maintain its own healthily and sustained development is a problem for hospital’s administrators to think and concern with.The first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University insisted on the public hospital’s public welfare and did useful attempting and explorations about it.It realized the balance between public welfare and development of the hospital. |
