| Abstract: | Investigation on in vitro experimental expansion and induction of LAK activity of lymphocytes derived from carcinomatous ascitesof patients with advanced ovarian cancer are presented. The results indicated that the isolation of lymphocytes from carcinomatous ascites is much more simple and economic than that of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), and that lymphocytes of carcinomatous ascites can be expanded and LAK activity can be induced in the presence of rIL-2. Thus, it provides an available and feasible method for the adoptive immunotherapy of LAK cells in the treatment of cancer patient. |
