| 摘 要： | 目的：利用限制性核酸内切酶(REA)技术，对变形链球菌、远缘链球菌及耐氟菌株的基因组进行比较，判定变形链球菌、远缘链球菌耐氟突变后，遗传型是否发生改变。方法：采用REA技术，经多次实验自行确立REA反应体系，对变形链球菌、远缘链球菌及耐氟菌株的基因组进行比较。结果：变形链球菌、远缘链球菌耐氟菌株的基因组已发生改变。结论：变形链球菌、远缘链球菌耐氟突变后，已具有自身的遗传特性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the genomic differences between the fluoride-resistant strains of Streptococcus mutants and Streptococcus sobrinus and their parental strains. Method:First, we established the right Restriction Endonuclease Analysis(REA) reaction model for the strains. Then, we compared the genomic differences between Fluoride-resistant strains and their parental strains by the REA.Result:The results suggest that the genomes of Fluoride-resistant strains are much different from their parental strains. Conclusion: Compare to the genomes of their parental strains, the genomes of the Fluoride-resistant strains are significantly mutated. They have their own characters. |
