丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合通窍鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

目的观察采用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合通窍鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法随机从2018年01月~2019年12月接受变应性鼻炎治疗的患者中选取出100例,按照应用不同的治疗方法,分为每组各50例的观察组和对照组,观察组患者用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合通窍鼻炎片治疗,对照组患者单用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果,以鼻痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏、流鼻涕等症状的缓解作为治疗效果的评价依据。结果观察组患者的总有效率是94.0%,对照组患者的总有效率是78.0%,观察组总有效率明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的鼻痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏、流鼻涕等症状缓解明显早于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合通窍鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎,可有效缓解鼻痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏、流鼻涕等症状,鼻腔黏膜水肿消退、色泽恢复快,疗效显著,减少了药物的不良反应,提高了用药的安全性。

Clinical observation of Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray combined with Tong Qiao Biyan tablet in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray combined with Tong Qiao Biyan tablet in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 100 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly selected from January 2018 to December 2019.According to different treatment methods,100 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected,The patients in the observation group were divided into 50 groups:observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray combined with Tong Qiao Biyan tablets.The patients in the control group were treated with Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray alone,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.The relief of symptoms such as nasal itching,nasal congestion,sneezing and runny nose were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate was 94.0%in the observation group and 78.0%in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The symptoms of itchy nose,stuffy nose,sneezing and runny nose in the observation group were relieved earlier than those in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray combined with Tong Qiao Biyan tablet is effective in relieving allergic rhinitis,such as nasal itching,nasal congestion,sneezing,runny nose and other symptoms.The edema of nasal cavity is subsided and the color is restored quickly.The adverse reactions of drugs are reduced,the curative effect is remarkable,and the safety of drugs is improved.
