儿童早期预警评分在儿科急诊门诊临床实习教学中的应用价值

摘    要:目的研究儿童早期预警评分(PEWS)在儿科急诊门诊临床实习教学中的应用价值。方法选择2018年1~4月入儿科急诊轮转实习医生20名为对照组,采取传统教学法带教;选择2018年5~8月26名实习医生为试验组,以PEWS为引导进行教学。实习结束后,对两组实习医生进行评价,包括教师评价和自评,并进行统计学比较。结果试验组实习医生的自主学习能力、分析问题能力、解决问题能力、表达沟通能力和团队合作能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组实习医生学习兴趣、学习主动性、急诊工作参与度、对教学的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将PEWS引入儿科急诊门诊临床实习教学中是可行的,对实习医生岗位胜任力的培养具有促进作用。

Application value of pediatric early warning scoring in clinical practice teaching of pediatric emergency clinic

Abstract:Objective To study the application value of pediatric early warning scoring(PEWS)in clinical practice teaching of pediatric emergency clinic.Methods Twenty rotation interns enrolled in pediatric emergency clinic from January to April 2018 were selected as control group,and the traditional teaching method was adopted;26 interns from May to August 2018 were selected as experimental group,and the teaching under the guidance of PEWS was conducted.After internship,the interns of both groups were evaluated,including teacher evaluation and self-evaluation,and the results were compared statistically.Results The scores of autonomous learning ability,problem analysis ability,problem-solving ability,expression and communication ability and team cooperation ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of learning interest,learning initiative,emergency work participation and teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to introduce PEWS into clinical practice teaching of paediatric emergency clinic,which can promote the training of interns'post-competency.
