集束化护理干预在脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍中的应用价值

目的探讨集束化护理干预在脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍中的应用。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月收治的68例脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各34例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施集束化护理干预,对两组干预前后吞咽功能及生存质量进行比较。结果干预前,两组洼田饮水试验分级无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,观察组I^II级占比明显较对照组高(P<0.05);两组干预前的生活质量评分无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组干预后的生活质量评分明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预用于脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍中能改善吞咽功能,也能提高患者生活质量,值得推广。

The value of cluster nursing intervention in swallowing dysfunction after stroke

Objective To explore the application of cluster nursing intervention in swallowing dysfunction after stroke.Methods 68 patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke who were treated from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 34 cases.The control group received routine care,and the observation group implemented cluster nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Swallowing function and quality of life were compared before and after intervention between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the grading of drinking water test between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the proportion of grades I to II in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),and the quality of life scores after the intervention in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of cluster nursing intervention in swallowing dysfunction after stroke can improve swallowing function and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth promoting.
