鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术在鼻息肉治疗中的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术治疗鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法使用随机划分方式将本院在2015年12月至2019年12月期间接收治疗的88例鼻息肉患者分成对照组和观察组,各44例,对照组单纯采用鼻息肉摘除术治疗,观察组采用鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术进行治疗,对比两组治疗的临床效果。结果观察组和对照组治疗的有效率分别为97.73 %和81.82 %,两组比较差异显著,P<0.05;观察组和对照组并发症发生率分别为4.55 %和15.91 %,两组比较差异显著,P<0.05。结论对鼻息肉患者采用鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术治疗,可以显著提升治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of intranasal ethmoidectomy combined with nasal polyp removal in the treatment of nasal polyps.Methods 88 patients with nasal polyps who were treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nasal polypectomy alone.The group was treated with intranasal ethmoidectomy combined with nasal polypectomy,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rates of treatment in the observation group and control group were 97.73%and 81.82%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant,P<0.05;the incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group were 4.55%and 15.91%,respectively.Significant,P<0.05.Conclusions Intranasal ethmoidectomy combined with nasal polypectomy for nasal polyps patients can significantly improve the treatment effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
