盐酸溴己新治疗毛细支气管炎临床观察

目的 评价盐酸溴己新静脉给药佐治毛细支气管炎的疗效. 方法 选择毛细支气管炎患者74例,随机分为治疗组36例和对照组38例.对照组常规抗感染、解痉平喘、止咳治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上辅以盐酸溴己新静脉治疗. 结果 治疗组喘憋、气促、肺部体征恢复情况明显优于对照组,总有效率94.4%,明显高于对照组68.4%,而且病程明显缩短(P＜0.01). 结论 盐酸溴己新静脉给药佐治毛细支气管炎疗效显著.

Clinical observation of Treating Capillarity Bronchitis with Bromhexine Hydrochloride

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Bromhexine Hydrochloride injecting to vein to accessorily treat the capillarity bronchitis.
