| 摘 要： | 目的研究德都红花七味丸中红花的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对红花进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定红花中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。结果 TLC鉴别斑点清晰,分离度良好,且阴性无干扰;含量测定中羟基红花黄色素A峰形好,分离度符合要求,羟基红花黄色素A在0.186032.64μg.mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 2),平均加样回收率为102.2%,RSD为0.72%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,重复性好,可作为德都红花七味丸中红花的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standards of Carthami Flos in Deduhonghua Qiwei pills.Methods The identification of Carthami Flos was carried out by TLC.The content of hydroxysaffor yellow A was determined by HPLC.Results The TLC spots were clear with high resolution,while the negative sample showed no interference.A good linearity of hydroxysaffor yellow A was in the range of 0.1860μg mL-1~32.64μg mL-1(r=0.9992).The average recovery was 102.2% and RSD was 0.72%.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control standard of Carthami Flos in Deduhonghua Qiwei pills. |
