尿液乳酸脱氢酶测定与泌尿系统疾病关系的研究

确定正常人群尿液乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活性的参考值 ,并对尿液LDH活性的变化与泌尿系统疾病的关系进行了研究。结果表明 :肾小球肾炎、肾盂肾炎和尿路感染患者尿LDH活性增高有极显著意义(P <0 0 1 ) ,肾性高血压和糖尿病肾损伤患者尿LDH增高有显著意义 (P <0 0 5) ,肾移植术患者尿LDH活性与正常人相比无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5)。因此尿LDH检测可作为泌尿系统病变的辅助诊断检查项目之一 ,对肾移植存活的观察有一定意义。

Study on the Relationship Between Uric LDH and the Disease of Uric

Regarded normal people's uric LDH activity as referense value,then investigated the relationship between uric LDH activity and the disease of uric,result uric LDH activity was significant higher in glomerulonephritis,tubutointerstitial nephropathy and uric infections ( P <0 01).Uric LDH activity of renal hypertension and diabetic renal injury patients are higher than normal ( P <0 05).Uric LDH activity of patients with renal transplant has no difference with normal ( P >0 05).Condusion uric LDH is one of affiliated laboratory diagnoses in the disease of uric,and is used to have some sense in renal transplant.
