针刺治疗突眼性甲状腺肿临床疗效观察

目的 :观察针刺治疗突眼性甲状腺肿的疗效。方法 :随机将 6 7例患者分为针刺观察组和西药对照组。结果 :针刺疗法治疗此病在血清总甲状腺素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸含量下降的同时 ,突眼症有所好转 ,同现行的西药疗法相比有一定的优越性 ,针刺治疗前后血清总甲状腺素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸、促甲状腺素含量对比 (P <0 0 0 1) ,有明显差异。结论 :针刺疗法治疗突眼性甲状腺肿对缓解和消除眼征、症状有良好的效果 ,在临床上有一定的实用价值

Observation on Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Treatment on Exophthalmic Goiter

Purpose To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on exophthalmic goiter. Methods Sixty seven cases of exophthalmic goiter were randomly divided into acupuncture group and western medicine group, and they were treated with acupuncture and westerm medicine, respectively. Results Acupuncture treatment could decrease serum total thyroxine (T 4) and triiodothyronine(T 3) contents in the patients and at the same time, exophthalmus was improved,which was superior to the western medicine therapy; And there were significant differences before and after acupuncture treatment in contents of serum T 4, T 3 and thyrotropin(P<0 01). Conclusion Acupuncture treatment has a good effect in relieving and eliminating ocular signs and symptoms for the patient of exophthalmic goiter.
