心脑血管病痰证宏观辨证的计量化研究

摘    要:目的:研究心脑血管病痰证宏观辨证的计量化标准。方法:将1192例心脑血管病患者分为痰证组和非痰证组,用逐步判别分析法建立心脑血管病痰证宏观辨证的判别方程。结果:痰证主要辨证指标为咯痰、舌苔腻、脉滑;次要指标为喉中痰鸣、胸腹痞闷、嗜睡、肥胖、口干不饮、恶心呕吐。宏观辨证的回代检验结果表明,该辨证标准的敏感度为0.908,特异度为0.983,准确度为0.949。结论:该辨证标准符合中医临床实际,有较高的敏感度、特异度和准确度,具有临床实用意义。

Abstract:Objective:To study the measurementize standard of macroscopic differentiation of symptoms and signs to phlegm syndrome of cerdio carebral vascular disease.Methods:1192 cases with cardio cerebral vascular disease were preliminary divided into two groups,phlegm and non phlegm syndrome,and then we founded macroscopic differentiative formula to phlegm syndrome of cardio cerebral vascular disease by using stepwise discriminat analysis.Results:The major differentiative indicators of phlegm syndrome are coughing out sputum,greasy fur and slippery pulse.The secondary indicators are sputum obstruction on throat,dizziness,lethargy,obesity,dry mouth while unlike drinking water,nausea and vomiting.Retrospective test result of macroscopic differentiation showed that the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 0 908,0 983,0 949 respectively.Conclusion:The differentiative standard accords with the clinical practice of TCM,and has higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.This suggests the differentiative standard has practical significance in clinic.
