| 摘 要： | 目的调查类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者的抑郁情况。方法 125例RA患者填写抑郁自评量表(self-raring depression scale,SDS)。结果 39.2%RA患者具有抑郁临床表现,伴有抑郁症状的RA患者在(HAQ)、关节压痛、疼痛度等,比无抑郁症状的RA患者症状严重(P<0.05),伴有抑郁的RA患者中有69.3%的患者存在关节畸形,明显高于非抑郁组的RA患者(22.4%)。结论在RA患者中存在着严重的抑郁症状,提示我们在今后的治疗方案选择和疗效评定上要关注病人心理治疗。
