| 摘 要： | 目的探讨米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法 46例更年期功血患者被随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组给予米非司酮治疗,B组给予安官黄体酮治疗。结果实验组绝经17例,(73.91%),对照组绝经12例(56.52%)。实验组痊愈率和总有效率均高于对照组,但2组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验组和对照组在FSH和LH下降方面无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在E2(t=2.342,P<0.05)和P(t=3.654,P<0.05)方面有显著性差异。结论对更年期功血患者采用米非司酮治疗,可以达到更为明显的临床效果,提高患者的老年生活质量,是值得临床考虑的药物治疗方案。
