间隙连接与先天性白内障

摘    要:近年来对于晶状体细胞间隙连接的研究越来越深入,已发现晶状体细胞的间隙连接蛋白有Cx46和Cx50。在研究中发现人类Cx50的基因突变与一种先天性白内障有关。通过对缺失晶状体间隙连接蛋白的小鼠模型进行研究。发现间隙连接的改变在先天性白内障形成中起重要作用。

Abstract:Much attention has been paied to the investigation of the expression of connexin. It has been found that connexin-46 and connexin-50 are the major connexins expressed in the lens, mutation of conexin-50 of the human gene is related to one kind of congenital cataract. In order to confirm the relation between them, a mouse model in which connexin-46 and connexin-50 gene are knockout was set up. Through the experiment, it was concluded that altered intercellular communication due to the change of connexins played an important role in the formation of the congenital cataract. The article also summarized the history of connexin research and character of connexin.
