Livin和Survivin在胃癌组织中表达及其临床意义

目的探讨胃癌组织中凋亡抑制蛋白Livin和Survivin表达情况及其与各临床病理因素的关系,以及二者在胃癌组织中表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化S-P方法检测正常胃黏膜及胃癌组织中Livin和Survivin的表达情况。结果胃癌组织中Livin和Sur-vivin的表达阳性率分别为48.3%,63.8%,与正常胃黏膜中的表达阳性率比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05);在组织分化差、淋巴结转移者、临床分期高者Livin表达率增高,与对应组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05);在胃癌组织中Livin表达和Survivin表达呈正相关性(rs=0.530,P<0.01)。结论Livin和Survivin在胃癌组织中表达增高,提示参与胃癌的发生、发展,Livin可作为胃癌的生物学标志物,可能成为胃癌治疗的新分子靶点。

Expressions of Livin and Survivin in gastric carcinoma tissue and their clinical significance

Objective It is to discuss the expressions of apoptosis arrestin Livin and Survivin in gastric carcinoma tissue,the relationship between the expressions and clinical pathology factor and the correlation between Livin expression and Survivin expression in gastric carcinoma tissue.Methods The expressions of Livin and Survivin in normal gastric mucosa and gastric carcinoma tissue were detected with immunohistochemistry S-P method.Results The positive expression rates of Livin and Survivin in gastric carcinoma tissue were 48.3% and 63.8% respectively,and there were significant differences on their positive expression rates between in gastric carcinoma tissue and in normal gastric mucosa(P<0.05).The expression rates of Livin in the patients with weak histologic differentiation,lymph node metastasis and high clinical staging were heightened,and there was significant difference between them and corresponding cases(P<0.05).The correlation between the expressions of Livin and Survivin in gastric carcinoma tissue was positive(rs=0.530, P<0.01).Conclusion In gastric carcinoma tissue,the expressions of Livin and Survivin are heightened,which hints they participate the generation and development of gastric cancer.Livin can be regarded as biologic marker and may serve as a new target for therapy of gastric cancer.
